Effective Date: March 29, 2026. This document governs the professional relationship between Gobi Quant Systems and visitors utilizing our analytical frameworks and trading research.
01 Engagement and Acceptance
By accessing GobiQuantSystems.digital, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Gobi Quant Systems. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our research and analytical frameworks.
We operate as a high-precision consultancy. Our quant systems are designed for sophisticated analysis. Continued use of this site constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these provisions in their entirety.
Proprietary Analytical Assets
All materials including, but not limited to, code snippets, mathematical frameworks, backtesting methodologies, and architectural diagrams are the exclusive property of Gobi Quant Systems.
- Algorithmic logic and specific trading heuristics presented on this site remain our intellectual trade secrets.
02 Integrity of Access
Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass any security protocols, reverse-engineer our models, or use automated scrapers to harvest data from our Quant Lab. Gobi Quant Systems reserves the right to terminate access immediately if we detect behavior that threatens the operational stability of our digital infrastructure.
Trading Risk Disclosure
Informational Scope
The quantitative research provided is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.
No Performance Guarantees
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Gobi Quant Systems shall not be held liable for any financial losses resulting from the use or application of our analytics or quant systems.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Mongolia. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of GobiQuantSystems.digital shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Ulaanbaatar.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Amendments
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
